Description

Good condition original WWII Japanese Type 30 Arisaka bayonet that has the Kokura Arsenal marking on the right ricasso. Blade has dark gray patina. Remaining metal has mostly brown patina. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit, lock button functions fine. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has brown patina and a few dings. Also complete with original leather frog. Leather is soft and supple with some normal wear, stitching and rivets are tight except half of one rivet is missing. Complete with leather toggle that goes through the muzzle ring to secure the bayonet in the scabbard. A good honest WWII Japanese bayonet for your collection.
